During Milan Design Week 2025, from April 7 to 13, the Turin-based company unveiled the debut of its new exhibition, “We Dream in Color”: a unique showcase that brings early 20th-century masterpieces into dialogue with Battilossi’s contemporary creations.

In a time when color embodies identity, emotion, and creativity, the exhibition poses a captivating question: do we truly dream in color?

In line with this year’s Fuorisalone theme, “Connected Worlds,” Battilossi invites visitors to reflect on how design, grounded in tradition, can serve as a bridge across different eras. The exhibition presents modern reinterpretations where contemporary patterns meet ancient craftsmanship.

In this interplay between past and present, the carpet becomes a bridge between connected worlds — a medium through which tradition evolves and transforms. Ancient symbols and techniques are reborn through modern design, where craftsmanship and creativity merge.
